The price includes: bed and bathroom linen (linen is changed weekly), end-of-stay cleaning, reserved car parking, air conditioning, safe, internet connection, Wi-Fi, TV, hairdryer, electric kettle, endowment complete kitchen, 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds per apartment as well as the use of 1 umbrella per apartment (available at the reception) and 2 sunbeds per apartment available in a small shed on the beach which is about 100 meters away and are located on the beach reachable via a path that starts directly from the residence (the beach is mixed, pebbles and sand), the washing machine is shared with other guests, there is no dishwasher. Norsi beach is free.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
The reservation will be confirmed with a deposit equal to 30% of the amount of the stay, to be paid by bank transfer.
The balance of the rent to be paid on the day of arrival at the reception of the residence.
The apartments will be handed over to the landlords from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival and will be vacated no later than 9.00 am on the day of departure.
ANIMALS
We have a fixed rate of € 50,00 per pet for the entire stay.
The beach is free to bring animals but swimming in the sea can be dangerous. only be done before 9am or after 7pm.
